    • Book, waitlist and cancel airline reservations
    • Constructing a Passenger Name Record (PNR)
    • Retrieve and modify a PNR
    • Requesting a fare display with rules of changes / cancellations
    • Building offers / quotations and negotiations with customers
    • Pricing a PNR itinerary
