India has established an air transport bubble with Afghanistan. Indian carriers and Ariana Afghan Airlines are now permitted to operate services between India and Afghanistan and carry the following categories of persons on such flights.
  1. Afghanistan nationals/residents and foreign nationals holding valid Afghanistan visas, if required; and

  2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid visa from Afghanistan and destined for Afghanistan only. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter Afghanistan with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger.

India has created an air travel arrangement with Bahrain. Air India/Air India Express and Gulf Air are now permitted to operate services between India and Bahrain and carry the following categories of persons on such flights.

From India to Bahrain

  1. Bahraini nationals/residents

  2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid visa from the Kingdom of Bahrain and destined for Bahrain only. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter Bahrain with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

  3. NO MANDATORY requirement of "COVID-19 Negative Test Certificate", prior to boarding, as Covid-19 Testing is done after the arrival INTO Bahrain

  4. Filled-in Health Declaration Form (In DUPLICATE) ready to be submitted upon arrival in Bahrain

  5. All incoming passengers are required to download and activate the ‘BeAware Bahrain’ application. For passengers possessing smart devices, they shouldy download the “BEAWARE BAHRAIN” Mobile application prior to their arrival

  6. Complete of the mandatoryCOVID-19 testing payment online using the: BeAware mobile application or Link: http://bh.bh/covidpay

  7. All incoming passengers must self-isolate until the negative result of the test administered upon arrival in Bahrain is available

  8. In the event of a positive test result, health authorities will contact the passenger and instruct him or her to continue to self-isolate unless admission to a health facility is considered necessary given the passenger's age, physical condition, and/or ability to safely and effectively self-isolate

  9. All passengers staying in Bahrain for longer than 10 days must undergo a second test on the 10th day following arrival in Bahrain

Guidelines on using the "BeAware Bahrain" app for individuals in self-isolation

  1. Turn on your Location, Bluetooth, GPS, and Internet. For iPhone users, ensure that the ‘Allow Location Access’ setting for the app is set at ‘Always’

  2. Ensure you are within the parameter of your self-isolation location, such as your home or any other desired location

  3. Tap on the “Start Self-Isolation” button

  4. If you set an incorrect self-isolation location, please call 444 to update it

All arriving travelers to the Kingdom of Bahrain are required to pay the cost of two COVID-19 tests at a total of 60 BHD, which includes an arrival test fees and an examination test fees that is conducted after their stay in Kingdom of Bahrain for 10 days.

India has created an air travel arrangement with Canada. Indian carriers and Air Canada are now permitted to operate services between India and Canada and carry the following categories of persons on such flights.

  1. Pre-Departure COVID-19 testing and Negative results will be required for all air travellers entering Canada

  2. Elective January 7, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. EST, all air passengers five years of age or older will be required to test negative for COVID-19 before travelling from another country to Canada

  3. Documentation of a negative laboratory test result must be presented to the airline prior to boarding a flight to Canada

  4. The test must be performed using a COVID-19 molecular polymerase chain reaction (or PCR) test and must be taken within 72 hours prior to the traveller’s scheduled departure to Canada

  5. Anyone who receives a negative test result and is authorized to enter Canada must still complete the full, mandatory 14-day quarantine

  6. Stranded Canadian nationals/residents and foreigners with valid Canadian visa eligible to enter Canada

  7. Indian nationals with valid visas eligible to enter Canada. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter Canada before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

Mandatory Digital Entry Registration For Passengers Travelling To Germany

Mandatory tests for travelers returning from risk areas

As of August 8, 2020, due to an official order, there will be a test obligation for travelers returning from risk areas. Anyone returning from a risk area has to take a Covid-19 test either within 48 hours in advance at the point of departure or within 72 hours after entering Germany. This test is free of charge and is possible in both test centers directly at the airport located on the pedestrian bridge connecting Terminal 1 and the long-distance train station.

For all visa nationals, Visas are to be applied for and paid online as Immigration is no longer receiving cash payments as part of the Covid protocals. If a guest has not applied for a visa do not deny them boarding but inform them that the same will be applied and paid for online on arrival and this will delay their exit from JKIA.

  3. Travelers who are arriving for a stay at a tourist resort or a liveaboard shall stay only at the resort or liveaboard vessel till departure
  4. Travellers who arrive in the Maldives except for tourists shall register for home quarantine through the “haalubelun” Web portal "https://haalubelun.hpa.gov.mv" prior to starting travel to Maldives. If you have not registered in the web portal, you shall complete and collect a quarantine document from the health office at the port you arrive
  5. Travelers arriving for a short term work based visit (less than 14 days) shall obtain special permission from HPA. Request for permission has to be made by the concerned/liaised local agency

  1. Nationals/residents of CIS countries (excluding Russia)

  2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid visa of Ukraine including diplomatic and official passport holders and destined for CIS countries (excluding Russia). It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter the country concerned with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

  3. Travelers arriving from countries in what the Ukrainian authorities call the “red zone” (where COVID-19 case incidence in the previous 14 days has been higher than in Ukraine, and/or where the incidence has increased by over 30% in the previous 14 days) are required to undergo 14 days’ self-isolation proven by the “Dii Vdoma” tracking app (requires Ukrainian mobile phone number), or quarantine in a Government-approved facility for 14 days upon arrival

India has created an air bubble arrangement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This bubble is valid till 31.10.2020. Indian and UAE carriers are now permitted to operate flights between India and UAE and carry the following categories of persons on such flights:
From India To UAE:

  1. UAE nationals

  2. ICA approved UAE residents destined for UAE only

  3. Any Indian national holding any type of valid UAE visa and destined for UAE only. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter UAE with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

All passengers are required to

Arriving or Transiting at DXB from all other countries

Departing to European Union or United Kingdom

All passengers are required to print Negative COVID19 Certificate. PCR test no later than 96 hours before departure.

India has created an air travel arrangement with the United Kingdom but a 14-day quarantine is in place for arriving travelers Indian and UK carriers are now permitted to operate services between India and UK and carry the following categories of persons on such flights:

  1. Stranded UK nationals/residents, foreign nationals transiting through UK or spouses of these persons, whether accompanying or otherwise;

  2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid UK visa and destined for UK only. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter UK with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

  3. Seamen of foreign nationalities; Seamen holding Indian passports would be allowed subject to clearance from the Ministry of Shipping

  4. Have to complete the form by filling in

India has created an air travel arrangement with the United States of America. Indian and US carriers are now permitted to operate services between India and USA and carry the following categories of persons on such flights

  1. US citizens, legal permanent residents, and foreign nationals holding valid US visas

  2. Any Indian national holding any type of valid US visa. It would be for the airlines concerned to ensure that there is no travel restriction for Indian nationals to enter USA with the particular visa category before issue of ticket/ boarding pass to the Indian passenger

  3. Seamen of foreign nationalities; Seamen holding Indian passports would be allowed subject to clearance from the Ministry of Shipping

  4. The United States has restricted the entry of all foreign nationals who have passed through or have been in China, Iran, European Schengen Area, UK, Ireland and Brazil in the past 14 days

  5. Effective 26th Jan 2021, the center of Disease Control and Prevention (USA) requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 for all air passengers arriving from a foreign country to the United States

  6. Passengers entering the United States to present a Covid-19 negative test report, taken within 72 hrs of departure

  7. Every passenger (2 years of age and above) must also fill an attestation form

  8. All passengers (2 years of age and above) must retain written or electronic documentation reflecting the negative Qualifying Test result or Documentation of Recovery presented to the airline and must also produce the same upon request to any U.S. Govt. official/health authority
