Day 01: Buenos Aires
Arrival at EZE-airport and transfer to the hotel in the city centre of Buenos Aires. The rest of the day is at leisure, guests may join a city tour of Buenos Aires.
Day 02: Buenos Aires - Bahia Bustamante
Flight to Bahia Bustamante, a small seaside village, entirely surrounded by Patagonian vastness. The area is characterized by a unique biodiversity.
Day 03: Bahia Bustamante
During their stay at Bahia Bustamante, guests enjoy several included activities (shared basis): wildlife observation, visit of petrified forest, sailing excursion to Malaspina Cove and visit to the seal colony, visit to a Patagonian ranch. On optional Horseback riding, trekking or kayaking is possible.
Day 04: Bahia Bustamente - Puerto Madryn
Drive about 4h to Puerto Madryn. On the way guests visit one of the biggest Magellan Penguin colonies in the world, Punta Tombo.
Day 05: Puerto Madryn
Full day excursion to the nature reserve Peninsula Valdés. During the season, stop at Puerto Piramides to join an optional whale watching tour (Jul-mid Dec). Onto Punta Delgada to observe wildlife, mainly birds, and visit a sea-elephant colony at the coastline.
Day 06: Puerto Madryn - Iguazú
Flight via Buenos Aires to Iguazú, home to some of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls in the world. Hotel transfer and evening at leisure.
Day 07: Iguazú
Visit to the Argentinean side of Iguazú National Park. Guest board an ecological train to approach the Devil’s Throat, one of the highest falls, and then walk different circuits along the gorgeous Iguazú river canyon.
Day 08: Iguazú - Yacutinga
Transfer to the Yacutinga Private Reserve, home to lush tropical forest, the jaguar, toucans, howler monkeys and caimans.
Day 09: Yacutinga
During their stay at Yacutinga Private Wildlife & Nature Reserve, guests enjoy outdoor activities with focus on soft adventure and eco tourism: bird watching, canoeing or hiking at the tropical forest.
Day 10: Yacutinga - Iguazú
Transfer to Iguazú and afternoon at leisure. Guests may join a tour to the Brazilian side of the falls.
Day 11: Iguazú - Esteros del Iberá
Transfer to the Estancia Puerto Valle near Laguna Valle at Iberá nature reserve. Visit of the Jesuit missions of San Ignacio on the way. Proceed via Posadas to Esteros del Iberá. The lagoons and marshes of Iberá belong to one of the largest nature reserves and wetlands in the world. This is the natural habitat of crocodiles, capybaras & deer.
Day 12-13: Esteros del Iberá
Guests experience unique wildlife observations during their stay. Included activities: horseback riding, canoeing, forest hikes, bird watching, trekking.
Day 14: Esteros del Iberá - Buenos Aires
Transfer back to Posadas and return flight to Buenos Aires. In the evening guests may join a Tango Show with dinner at El Viejo Almacén Show House.
Day 15: Buenos Aires
Transfer to EZE-airport for homebound flight.
