Duties and responsibilities

  • Report to the chairman and often liaise with board members.
  • Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
  • Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
  • Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.
  • Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.
  • Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.

  • Execute the company’s financial planning & strategy.

Reservation Executive

Location: Kolkata

Duties and responsibilities
 Respond to all customer reservation requests promptly
 Fully knowledgeable about rates, promotions, amenities, programs and services
 Manage systems that are set up within the reservations department
 Responsible for maintaining rate parity across all booking Channels (Website, OTA, GDS, Travel Agents
etc.)
 Understand and enforce company policies
 Verify if each reservation requests are processed as per the set standards
 Verify if reservation confirmation letters are sent for all processed bookings within the stipulated time
 Handle any request for amenities or transportation promptly and accurately
 Monitor all Tentative / Provisional / Wait listed bookings entered on the system
 Record and file all reservation correspondence
 Update all reservation modifications
 Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics
 Ensure that the defined ISO standards and SLAs are followed

Eligibility
 Knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo/GDS/Sabre is a must
 Should have prior experience in ticketing
 Should be willing to work in night/rotational shift, if given (not mandatory)

Visa Executive

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 5 - 10 years


Roles and Responsibilities

  • End to end visa application processing, including initial advice, assisting clients with applications, creating files, coordinating with embassies and couriers, arranging payment and dispatching documents and complete records for invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and current information displayed on our online visa database
  • Monthly review of the VISA Team progress and collect client feedback
  • Maintain monthly reports of VISA Department and documentation of Clients records
  • Keep an up to date knowledge of all visa requirements
  • Provide Consultation to clients on visa processing requirements. Handle all stages of the application process, keeping clients updated with the progress of their application throughout
  • Coordination with Embassies/Consulates/ Visa Processing Centres
  • Building and maintaining appropriate relationships
  • Preparation of documents required for Visa Application. Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding new and progressing visa applications for all countries, whether physical or e-visas
  • Online Visa Processing
  • Timely and accurate deposit of applications
  • Daily reporting of all activities


Desired Candidate Profile

  • University Graduate in any stream
  • 05-10 years of overall work experience, preferably in the VISA process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and questioning skills
  • Complete knowledge of visa requirements
  • Experience of dealing with embassies, either in person, over the phone or over email preferred
  • Must have previous experience of processing a worldwide range of visas for a wide range of embassies & consulates preferred
  • Pro-active approach to work and problem solving with excellent decision making and judgement.
  • Experience in using GDS(Galileo/Amadeus etc.) would be an advantage but are not essential

Call Monitoring Executive

Location: Kolkata


Duties and responsibilities

 Develop evaluation programs to monitor customer interactions so as to identify issues and errors

 Randomly audit calls on daily basis required

 Monitor compliance's to ensure zero non-compliance issues in terms of call quality

 Provide appropriate training and coaching to address issues

 Provide timely and accurate feedback to agents for improvement areas

 Analyze feedback data of client satisfaction surveys

 Participate in design of call quality standards
