The Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. Of India has issued fresh guidelines to be complied by international travellers at points of entry (airports, seaports and land border) and shall be valid w.e.f. 01st January 2023.
All international passengers travelling from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand and Japan to India are hereby required to undergo mandatory RTPCR tests before departure and upload the report on the Air Suvidha portal from 01st January 2023. The test should have been conducted within 72 hours of undertaking the journey to India. This in addition to the random 2% tests of all international passengers on their arrival to India.
Use of masks and physical distancing to be followed in flights/travel and at all points of entry.
This is an important notification to all the air passengers travelling from Delhi & Mumbai airport. The airport is experiencing high footfalls in recent times and check-in and boarding time is expected to be longer than before. The passengers are requested to reach airport at least 3.5 hours prior to domestic departures and to carry only 01 piece of hand baggage weighing 7 kg for a smooth security check. Please ensure that the web check ins are completed within the stipulated time.
