Delhi's Largest Convention Center is Unveiled

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the newly revamped Pragati Maidan complex in Delhi, unveiling the massive International Exhibition-cum-Convention Centre (IECC), also known as ‘Bharat Mandapam.’ The IECC is set to become the largest conference and exhibition site in India and will be the venue for the upcoming G-20 Summit in September. The features are as follows.
• Spans over an area of 123 acres.
• Accommodates 7,000 people in its multi-purpose and plenary halls combined.
• Larger seating capacity than the iconic Sydney Opera House that accommodates around 5,900 people.
• The building’s elliptical shape draws inspiration from the shankha or conch shell.
• Integration of traditional art elements on walls and facades.
• Magnificent amphitheater with a seating capacity of 3,000 individuals, comparable to 3 PVR theaters combined

Welcome to India's First Vedic Park in Noida

India's first Vedic-theme park was recently inaugurated in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Also known as Ved Van Park, the site will amaze you with its diverse vegetation as it is home to more than 50,000 plants that find a mention in the Vedic literature. It is an incredible site where travellers can explore nature with history as the theme park has passages from ancient Vedas namely Rig Veda, Atharva Veda, Yajur Veda, and Sama Veda. The park features many interesting activities and a solar lit Amphitheatre.

Pilak:1000-year-old Archeological Site

The Govt Of Tripura is all set to develop Pilak as one of the prominent historical tourism circuits in northeast India. The site is over 1000 years old and has been taken care of by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) since 1999. Several images and structures are discovered from Buddhist and Hindu sects that belong between 8th and 12 centuries. The tourism circuit starts from Agartala and connects Pilak with Udaipur.
