Airports: Port Blair

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

    • Tourism is restricted to North,Middle and Little Andaman islands

 

    • All incoming passengers arriving at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blaire from 26 December 2020 onwards, shall have to mandatorily carry RT-PCR negative test report issued from a ICMR recognized lab, subject to condition that the RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hrs prior to commencement of journey

 

    • All tourists with negative results of Covid-19 will be exempted from quarantine. Tourists testing positive will have to undergo institutional quarantine at their own cost

 

    • All Mainland and inter island passenger/ traveler shall Home Quarantine for 7 days from the day they enter into the Island/district or till they are tested negative, whichever is earlier

 

    • Every Passenger Arriving from mainland will be tested on Rapid Antigen Test @Rs 500/- per head to be borne by the passenger


b) Air Travel Guidelines:

    • All passengers traveling by air should use face masks/covers during boarding and travel and must follow hand hygiene and social distancing norms

 

    • All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport

 

    • Thermal scanning for all arriving passengers at exit point

 

    • At the point of screening all passengers should register their contact details and residential address of A&N islands for records

Andhra Pradesh

Airports: Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

Domestic:

      • Need to be enrolled in SPANDANA website

 

      • All passengers have to undergo health screening at the point of departure, and only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to board the plane

 

      • All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport

 

      • Thermal screening at exit point shall be arranged

 

      • All passengers travelling by air should use face masks/covers during boarding and travel, and must follow hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and social distancing norms


International:

      • All passengers shall submit self-declaration form on https//spandana.ap.gov.in at least 72 hrs before scheduled travel

 

      • Passengers travelling need to give an undertaking on online portal for mandatory paid quarantine for 14 days, if required

 

      • Travellers need to undergo Rapid Antigen Test on payment of INR 500 for COVID-19 test at airport. Those tested negative shall be allowed for 14 days home quarantine

 

      • Travellers who are having NEGATIVE RT-PCR test report on arrival may be exempted from above test at airport. Test RT-PCR should be conducted within 96 hrs prior to undertaking the journey

 

      • b) 

Air Travel Guidelines:

    • Symptomatic passengers:
        1. All symptomatic passengers and all other passengers arriving from Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh shall be sent to Institutional Quarantine for COVID test
        2. Institutional Quarantine may be at Government facility at no charge or paid quarantine at designated hotels

        1. After 7 days, all of the above customers shall be tested again

        1. If the test result is negative, they shall be released and sent for Home Quarantine of 7 days

        1. All other passengers shall be sent for 14 days of Home Quarantine after collecting swab upon arrival

        1. If the swab test result is positive, they shall be sent to COVID Care Center or shall be asked to continue Home Quarantine as the case may be

        1. Exemption can be given for businesspersons from Home Quarantine subject to they providing COVID negative certificate issued by ICMR authorized laboratory within the last three days of arrival
    • Asymptomatic passengers:
        1. coming from Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Gujarat, Rjasthan,Madhyapradesh:7 days Institutional quarantine. After 7 days again a test & if found negative then another 7 days home quarantine.

      1. coming from low incidence areas:14 days home quarantine after taking swabs.

Assam

Airports: Dibrugarh, Guwahati, Silchar, Jorhat, Tezpur

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

    • Thermal screening will be conducted upon arrivals

 

    • All passengers arriving into any airport in Assam shall mandatorily undergo RAT test upon arrival free of cost

 

    • If the test result of the RAT test is positive, the passenger will have to undergo home isolation or get admitted in private hospital or Government Health Institution depending on his/her medical condition

 

    • If the test result of the RAT test is negative, the passenger will have to undergo RT-PCR at the airport itself. The cost of the RT-PCR test (maximum INR 500) shall be borne by the passenger

 

    • Passengers shall be allowed to leave the airport once the sample/swab for RT-PCR test has been collected and with the condition that he/she shall remain under home quarantine until the result is declared

 

    • If the test result of the RT-PCR test is positive, the passenger will have to undergo home isolation or get admitted in private hospital or Government Health Institution depending on his/her medical condition

 

    • If the test result of the RT-PCR test is negative, the passenger can continue his/her activities adhering to COVID-19 behavior and norms of the state

 

    • Mandatory 7 day home quarantine for all passengers even if the test of the result conducted on arrival is negative

 

    • Exception to Quarantine and COVID test:

 

      1. Fully vaccinated passengers i.e., those who have received both doses of the vaccine shall be exempted from the above-mentioned testing on arrival by showing their final vaccination certificate to enter the state

 

      1. Foreign diginitary / diplomats belonging to any embassy or diplomatic mission in India on an official visit

 

      1. Officials of multilateral funding agencies like world bank, ADB, JICA e.t.c on an official visit

 

      1. Officials of investigation / intelligence/ agencies such as NIA, CBI, ED, IB on an official visit covert visit

 

      1. Official of income tax on an official visit

 

      1. Passengers returning back to state within 24 hours of departure

 

      1. Asymptomatic Child below 10 years. However, parents may opt for test at designated COVID 19 test centers

 

      1. Persons who have undergone COVID 19 RT-PCR test from ICMR approved centers not before 72 hrs of their arrival at GAU and their results are negative

Airports: Gaya, Patna

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

Person travelling from New Delhi to Gaya are required to carry out RT-PCR Test 72 hours prior to departure

RT-PCR negative test report is mandatory for travelling to Bihar from below states

    • Test to be done within 72 hrs of scheduled departure by air and road :
      1. Maharashtra
      2. Kerala
      3. Punjab
    • Passengers without the report will be required to undergo a rapid antigen test upon arrival

 

Domestic:

    • All asymptomatic passengers arriving at Bihar are exempted from quarantine

 

    • All passenger should self-monitor their health for 14 days

 

    • In case they develop any symptoms, they shall inform district surveillance officer or state/national call center (1075)

 

    • Those having mild symptoms are given options of either home quarantine or isolation in Covid center and tested as per ICMR protocols available at https://www.mohfw.gov.in/pdf/LabTestingAdvisory.pdf

 

    • If found positive, they will continue to be in Covid Care Center and will be managed by the Health authorities


International:

    • 7 Days free Govt/Paid institutional quarantine followed by 7 days home quarantine for asymptomatic international travellers arriving at GAYA Airport

 

    • Exempted category asymptomatic passenger as per the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India guidelines are allowed for 14 days home quarantine

Daman and Diu

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

    • All the Passengers of domestic flight/helicopter passengers shall be escorted in the designated vehicles to the identified screening center in each of the District

 

    • Necessary screening and scanning of the passengers shall be done in the screening center and all the passengers irrespective of their origin district, shall be shifted to the Institutional quarantine facility that have been identified

 

    • Sample for COVID 19 shall be taken on the 5th Day

 

    • The Passengers shall be kept under 14 days Institutional quarantine

 

    • In the following cases Home quarantine is allowed provided test sample are negative

    • In case of passengers of neighbouring State of Gujarat, they shall be stay put in an identified area in the Airport and shall be facilitated by arranging vehicles to drop them off till the borders of the district. Thereafter the passenger shall have to arrange for transportation to reach their destination. The District Administration shall coordinate with the destination district for necessary intimation and arrangements if required

 

    • In case of business / official visits by Industrial Executives / Technical experts / consultants / Govt. Servants / other employees, the samples shall be taken on the same day. If the samples are negative and the person is symptomatic, they shall be allowed to resume work after complying with all safety precautions and social distancing norms

a) Quarantine and Covid-19 Testing Guidelines:

    • Thermal screening will be done for all passengers upon arrival


Domestic:

    • All passengers shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only asymptomatic passengers are allowed to board the flight

 

    • No Institutional quarantine/ No Home quarantine

International:

    • Institutional Quarantine: In case to seek exemption from institutional quarantine, passenger to submit a negative RT-PCR test report on arrival. This test should have been conducted within 96hrs prior to undertaking the journey. Relaxation from institutional quarantine to home quarantine can be availed on additional grounds of death in the family, serious illness, pregnancy and parents with children under 10 years of age.

 

    • Home Quarantine: Exemption of 7 days mandatory institutional quarantine is decided by the state govt on the basis of valid document provided by the traveler. If exempted, the passenger is allowed to pass, after stamping, on an undertaking that he will complete 14days of Home quarantine with self- monitoring of health.

 

      • b) 

Air Travel Guidelines:

        • All passengers shall be advised to download Arogya Setu app on their mobile devices or fill up a self-declaration form

 

        • Passengers shall be advised to maintain social distancing and minimum touch

 

        • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly person, pregnant ladies, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel

 

        • Passenger to download the baggage tag/baggage identification number, print it and affix it on the bag at a prominent place

 

        • In case the passenger is not able to print the baggage tag, then he/ she should mention the PNR number and his/ her name on a thick piece of paper and affix it/tag it with a strong string

 

        • Before entering the terminal, passenger to ensure that he/she is wearing mask and hand gloves

 

      • c)

a) Quarantine and Covid-19 Testing Guidelines:

Domestic:

      • Health screening mandatory for all passengers arriving into Goa from other States/UT to be in possession of RT-PCR negative report from ICMR accredited labs done within last 72hrs or vaccination certificate (2 doses complete). RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time

International:

      • For symptomatic passengers, passengers will be sent to COVID care centers as per Govt Guidelines

 

      • 14 Days Home quarantine required. Thermal Screening upon arrival is carried out by APHO

 

      • Rapid Antigen Test Mandatory for all arriving passengers

International:

Vadodara, Jamnagar, Kandla, Bhuj, Rajkot, Porbandar & Bhavnagar Airports:

            • Institutional quarantine and Home quarantine is not applicable

          • NOTE: States can also develop their own protocol with regards to quarantine and isolation as per their assessment.
            • If a passenger has an international/interstate/inter-district travel history or if they have come in contact with a Covid-19 positive person or if they have been advised by the Surat Municipal Corporation staff, it is mandatory to fill the Novel Corona Self Reporting Form - http://www.suratmunicipal.gov.in/EServices/Covid19SelfReporting

Himachal Pradesh

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

    • All asymptomatic passengers arriving from all states will be exempted from quarantine, if they are carrying a COVID negative certificate through RT-PCR test or TRUNAAT t/CB NAAT test by an ICMR authorized lab issued not earlier than 96 hours from the time when the sample was taken


b) Air Travel Guidelines:

    • Each individual shall have to undergo medical screening at the airport on his/her arrival and before departure

 

    • Aarogya Setu app and CORONA Mukt app shall be installed and made functionally by all individuals before boarding the flight and entering the state

 

    • Protocol of social distancing and other guidelines issued by Ministry of Home affairs and Mistry of health and Family welfare society shall be followed strictly by the travellers while boarding and de boarding

      • Passenger not in possession of the same shall be denied boarding at the origin station

      • Passengers in possession of final vaccination certificate, i.e., those who have taken both doses and completed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose shall be exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement

 

      • Submit contact details with authorities, in case the test result come positive the state officials will contact

 

      • All the passengers arriving in Maharashtra will be stamped on their left hand for identification and will have to compulsorily undergo home isolation for a period of 14 days as per the protocol. The shall self-monitor their health

 

      • All asymptomatic passengers who intend to stay in Maharashtra for a period of 7 days or less shall be exempted from mandatory quarantine. Such passengers will have to share the details of their return/onward journey

 

      • Other asymptomatic passengers will have to undergo home quarantine for 14 days. To seek exemption from home quarantine, it is mandatory to upload the request online at https://portal.mcgm.gov.in , before your travel. Application sent for exemption via emails will not be accepted

 

      • The Airports Authority shall ensure that all passenger shall undergo thermal screening at the point of departure and only asymptomatic passengers will be allowed to board he flight

 

      • On arrival, thermal screening would be carried out in respect of all the passengers by the health officials present at the airport

      • The concerned Municipal Commissioners will be the Nodal Officers for the same and ensure that the above instructions are followed strictly

Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

All persons entering Manipur,whether by air or by road,and irrespective of place of origin,shall be allowed entry only on mandatory production of a negative RT-PCR/TrueNat/CB-NAAT COVID-19 test report taken within 72 hours from arrival in Manipur. This order shall become effective from 18th April,2021.

Fully vaccinated passengers i.e., those who have received both doses of the vaccine shall be exempted from the above-mentioned testing on arrival by showing their final vaccination certificate to enter the state

  • The passengers arriving in / visiting Imphal West District that e-Pass System has been introduced to enable them to be picked up from the Bir Tikendrajit International Airport, Imphal in private vehicles. Those who are arriving at Imphal by air should register the link – https://imphalwest.nic.in/epassregistration/ for filling in the mandatory details at least 1(one) day before the date of arrival. E-Pass shall be issued by the District Administration, Imphal West and it shall be sent by SMS through the registered mobile no of the applicant

 

  • A soft/hard copy of the e-Pass should be kept while travelling and it should be shown to the security personnel before leaving the airport premises for the designated Sample Collection and Testing Centre being operated at Changangei Community Hall, Changangei, Imphal with the private vehicle(s)

 

  • Those, who are arriving in/visiting Imphal West District for few days and having valid Covid-19 negative report, are allowed to proceed with private vehicles to their respective destinations in Imphal West District and they should also show the e-Pass to the security personnel before leaving the airport premises

 

  • Each and every person arriving by train shall undergo compulsory quarantine for 14 days at government & community quarantine centres

 

  • All passengers after collecting their baggage shall remain in quarantine centres for further testing. Passenger who test negative will be allowed to go for home quarantine for 14 days, while those who test positive shall be treated at the hospital

 

  • Exception: Passenger coming for short stay(7 days or less) will be exempted from quarantine provided they must carry ICMR approval lab COVID test negative report taken during last 48 hrs before arrival.       • All passengers arriving at Lengpui Airport shall undergo mandatory screening for Covid-19 symptoms and Rapid Antibody Test, or prescribed by the State government from time to time

      • COVID test is must for the passenger opting for Home Quarantine thermal screening shall done for all purpose

      • Persons entering Mizoram from other parts of the country shall mandatorily undergo Rapid Antigen Test (RAgT) at their point of entry to Mizoram. RAgT positive persons shall be attended to as per the standing protocol. This provision shall also apply to residents of Mizoram travelling outside Mizoram and coming back

      • Persons entering Mizoram for short stay (for a duration of not longer than 96 hours) having negative test results of RT-PCR/TrueNAT/ CBNAT with SRF-ID from ICMR-recognized laboratories not older than 96 hours prior to their arrival as well as having tested negative by RAgT at the point of entry will not be required to undergo quarantine. Their sponsors/colleagues/ employers/ employees shall make proper arrangements so as to maintain minimum contact with other persons during their stay, movement and performance of their duty within the State

      • For all persons entering Mizoram, prior registration on mPASS-flight or mPASS-road in mCOVID-19 mobile application before arrival is necessary to enable proper arrangements for screening and quarantine. Home quarantine and Hotel quarantine can be applied online at https://mcovid19.mizoram.gov.in

      • Persons entering Mizoram shall utilize only those taxis/rented cars empanelled by Transport Department (vide Order No.G.28016/2/2020-TRP dt.16.04.2021) for the purpose of transporting quarantine bound passengers. Own vehicles may also be used if proper partitioning is made between the driver’s and the passenger’s seats. They shall proceed directly to their destination without halting anywhere

      • All passengers arriving at Lengpui Airport shall abide by the SOPs prescribed by the Govt of Mizoram, as well as the guidelines published by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India vied Order No AV29017/5/2020DT dated 21.05.2020

    b) Air Travel Guidelines:
      • All passengers shall intimate their flight and ticket details to the resident representative of the Govt of Mizoram (Resident Commissioner, New Delhi/Jt.Resident Commissioner, Kolkata/Dy. Resident Commissioner, Guwahati/Shilong / Silchar) located in the station where they are currently stranded

      • In State/ Cities where a resident representative (Mizoram House) is not located, such details may be reported through the nearest Mizo Welfare Association. Any person furnishing false information or found to conceal information shall be liable to be penalized

      • No person shall board any flight bound for Lengpui Airport without obtaining prior permission from Home Department, Govt of Mizoram, and any person arriving at Lengpui Airport without Movement permit shall not be allowed to leave the airport

      • The list of passengers shall be sent to the Chairman, Task Group on Migrant Workers and Standard Travelers who shall submit a compile list for every flight, destination district wise to Home Department by 2 p.m. of the day prior to the date of departure of the flight for approval

      • As per the pre departure guidelines issued by MoCA, all passengers shall certify the status of their health through Aarogya Setu mobile app or through a selfdeclaration form

      • During boarding and travel, all passengers shall use face covers/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and maintain environmental hygiene

      • All passengers arriving at Odisha from the high risk states of Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh must register themselves on the Odisha Covid-19 portal https://covid19odisha.gov.in and must also fill the Covid-19 Registration Form

 

 

      • These passengers will also have to undergo thermal screening at the arrival airport

 

      • All symptomatic passengers from the aforementioned states will have to undergo Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) / RT-PCR Covid-19 test after arriving at the airport

 

      • Passengers with positive test result will have to undergo isolation and treatment as per the State Covid protocols

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

    • With effect from March 25, 2021, all passengers arriving from all states are required to carry their negative RT-PCR test reports for inspection, for which the test should have been conducted within 72 hrs of arrival. Passengers arriving without a valid RT-PCR negative test report shall undergo mandatory quarantine for 15 days. Institutional or Home quarantine will be advised by the local Government agency
    • Following are exempted from having RT-PCR negative report while entering Rajasthan State:

 

      1. Passengers, already been administered with the 1st dose of COVID-19 Vaccination, are exempt from carrying the RT-PCR COVID-19 negative report while entering the State of Rajasthan, and shall also be exempted from the mandatory Home / Institutional Quarantine


Domestic:

    • No Institutional quarantine and No Home quarantine

 

    • Symptomatic passengers shall be isolated and taken to nearest health facility

 

    • Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers

 

    • COVID test shall be done for all symptomatic passengers

 

    • Such passengers who are visiting any place in Rajasthan for work or other purpose for a period less than 7days and have already undergone a RT PCR test up to 2 days before arrival and are carrying the report of Negative shall be exempted from home quarantine and permitted for return journey

 

    • Any such Passenger who does not come after testing and is intending to return back with in 7days shall be subject to home quarantine. However, if the person undergoes RT – PCR test and is found negative, the person would be exempted from home quarantine for the remaining part of that short duration of stay (less than 7days) and permitted to return

 

    • Passenger who intend to stay for 7 days or less and have a COVID negative certificate by an ICMR-authorized lab issued within 48 hours prior to departure will not be quarantined


International:

    • 7 days institutional quarantine mandatory for all passengers

 

    • Exemptions:

 

      1. Only for compelling reasons/cases of human distress such as pregnancy, death in family, serious illness and parent with children of the age of 10 years or below

 

      1. To seek such exemption, they shall apply to online portal (www.newdelhiairport.in) at least 72 hrs before boarding

For passenger arriving in Coimbatore, following shall apply:

  • It is mandatory for all passengers arriving in CJB to have Auto E-Pass & also carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours

 

  • RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time

 

  • The same is NOT applicable for passengers arriving from Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Puducherry

 

      • Incase the passenger arrives without RT-PCR report, COVID testing shall be done free of cost at the airport and the passengers shall be released after sample is taken. Further action will be taken basis the test result

 

      • All asymptomatic Business travelers from all states, apart from Maharashtra and Gujarat, will be exempted from home quarantine if they have a valid return ticket of travel within 48 hrs of their arrival
      • Need to register & obtain E PASS through TNE – PASS portal at https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass
      • If any passenger does not fulfil any of the conditions and declaration of the above link the he/she is not eligible to fly into Tamilnadu
      • All passengers have to undergo health screening at the point of departure, and only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to board the plane
      • Asymptomatic persons shall undergo home quarantine for 14days. Passengers who are not having home in Tamilnadu and register for paid institutional quarantine(hotel) shall be sent for paid institutional quarantine at the designated hotels. In case they develop any symptoms, they shall inform the district call centre( 1077) or report to the nearest Government hospital, on intimation to district nodal officer
      • Those who found symptomatic will be isolated and taken to the nearest health facility. They will be subject to RT-PCR test and will be assessed for clinical severity at the health facility

 

        1. Those tested positive for Covid-19, having moderate or severe symptoms will be admitted to dedicated COVID hospital or health centre and managed accordingly
        2. Those positive for Covid-19, having mild symptoms will be given the option of home isolation or isolated in the covid-19 care centre
        3. Those tested negative for Covid-19, shall remain for home quarantine for 14 days

 

      • All the passengers will be stamped with “Quarantine” seal with date with indelible ink before they are allowed move out of the airport
      • The Airline should insist on the details of entry pass obtained from TN e pass before issuing the boarding pass through web check in or through other means
      • Passenger on arrival in any Tamilnadu airport Shall show the TN e-PASS at the airport exit. Passengers who are without TN e-Pass will not be allowed to exit the airport
      • All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport
      • Thermal screening at exit point shall be arranged

In case they are coming without any Covid test report, they will have an option of paid Antigen Testing either at the Border Check Post, Airport, Railway Stations or at any other ICMR authorized Covid testing lab in Uttarakhand

 

  • All passengers travelling outside the state from Uttarakhand for a maximum duration of 5 days, shall on return, be exempted from being quarantined

 

  • • If they are coming for a longer duration, then they will be placed in home quarantine or establishment quarantine for 10 days for self-monitoring their health


b) Air Travel Guidelines:

    • For Outbound persons - Thermal screening of all passengers shall be endured at the airport.

 

    • For Inbound persons – The Liaison officer shall ensure that all passengers shall be kept in institutional quarantine for a time period as specified by the health authorities/state govt unless they show symptoms which require keeping them in medical facilities.

 

    • All inbound passengers shall be given a choice to select quarantine centre on their own.

 

    • Complete list of quarantine centres on payment basis shall be available at the help desk.

 

    • The rate contract will be fixed in advance by the state govt/district administration guidelines.

 

    • The liaison officers shall ensure that only marked vehicles exempted by district administrations are used for transportation of such passengers to quarantine centres.


c) Road Travel Guideline

No pass is needed for within city or intrastate or interstate travel

West Bengal

Airports: Kolkata, Bagdogra, Durgapur

a) Quarantine and Testing Guidelines:

      • RT-PCR negative test report is mandatory for traveling to West Bengal from all states of India(from 7th May till further notice). Test to be done within 72 hrs of scheduled departure by air and road

 

  • Passengers those who fully vaccinated i.e.., those who have received both doses are exempted from pre-departure RT-PCR requirement on production of final vaccination certificate

 

  • Children below 2 years are exempted from RT-PCR test

 

  • Passengers travelling incase of death of kin however shall be required to undergo testing upon arrival at their own cost. Exemption to be applied through domesticairlines.wb@gmail.com

 

      • Transit passengers are exempted from RT-PCR test provided they do not exit the airport premises


Domestic:

      • All passengers arriving at the airport have to undergo health screening

 

      • All passengers are required to fill and submit self-declaration forms at the time of arrival to the state health officials

 

      • All symptomatic passengers would have their samples collected for COVID test nd taken to the nearest health facility

 

      • Passengers with moderate or severe symptoms would be admitted to a dedicated COVID health facility and managed accordingly

 

      • Passengers showing mild symptoms would be asked to go for home/institutional isolation

 

      • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

 

      • All passengers must fill up and submit the declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department West Bengal.

 

 

      • For symptomatic passengers, the Health Authorities will decide the Quarantine requirement on case to case basis


International:

      • Only passengers who tested COVID-19 negative (RT-PCR test) can take the flight

 

      • Test reports and undertakings in the prescribed format against each passenger will have to be uploaded in the portal www.newdelhiairport.in at least 24 hours prior to departure

 

      • The aforesaid test should have been conducted within 96 hrs prior to departure of the flight

 

      • On arrival, test reports and the approval issued through the portal against each passenger will be verified. Passengers having the negative test report shall undergo home quarantine for 14 days


FOR LONDON-KOLKOTA:

      • RT-PCR negative report is no longer mandatory

 

      • Facility for swab collection by designated lab is being provided at Kolkata airport. Passenger has to wait for 8-8 hrs in designated waiting hall at airport till report arrives. If test report is positive pax will be Quarantined as per state protocol & if negative they will be sent for 14 days Home Quarantine. The cost of test is INR 1500

 

    • b) 

Air Travel Guidelines:

      • All passengers travelling by air should use face masks/covers during boarding and travel, and must follow hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and social distancing norms

 

      • All passengers have to undergo health screening at the point of departure, and only asymptomatic passengers would be allowed to board the plane

 

      • All passengers would have to follow social distancing norms and health hygiene protocols at the airport

 

    • c)
